Week 5 of my of my six week diet plan has come and gone with little progress to show. As of this morning I’m at 189.0 lbs and 22.5% body fat which is actually worse than I was at this time last week! With only one week left to reach my goal and this being a week that will be quite hectic (business travel is never good for a diet), I know right now that I will not be making much (if any) progress this week on my diet. That said, I’ll continue posting daily weight and body fat updates even after the six week period is up since I do plan to continue trying to lose weight. Besides, if nothing else it is a good way to keep myself reminded of how much I progress I’ve made when I actually do lose the weight in question. I guess that’s enough whining for this week about it but be sure to check out my weekly update next Monday at the very least to see how things end up.
