Live Free or Die Hard… my review

I went to see Live Free or Die Hard tonight and I gotta say… it was pretty damn good. Granted there were a couple of points in the movie where they took the “suspension of disbelief” thing a bit too far (the scene with the fighter jet… that’s all I’m gonna say) but overall it was great. The story was well written and even somewhat believable from a technology point of view. I liked the addition of the hacker sidekick since he added not only some great humor but also some much needed “geekiness” to balance out the larger-than-life macho that is Bruce Willis. The action was over the top as usual in a Die Hard movie but that’s exactly what I expected and wanted. All in all, I highly recommend seeing it if you liked the other Die Hard films.
