New diet starting tomorrow!

I’ve been trying to lose 15 pounds or so for months now with no luck. Part of that has been lack of willpower on my part and part of it has been no time to head to the gym to work and life in general. I’ve decided to finally “knuckle down” and lose the weight starting tomorrow! One of the ways I’m planning to help motivate myself is posting my weight and body fat percentage on the blog her everyday for the next six weeks. I say six weeks because I think that’s a fair amount of time to lose 15 pounds of fat. I won’t be doing fancy diets… just the basic “eat less, exercise more” mantra and nothing more. Less calories, more cardio… that’s the plan! So look for the updates I’ll be posting daily over the next week few weeks and feel free to give me some moral support via comments! Wish me luck!
