I’m moving this site to a new server over the next couple of days so I won’t be doing any updates to the site (including the daily diet updates). As soon as the move is complete I’ll make another posting to let you know. Hopefully the move will make the site not only faster but give me plenty of room to grow over the next year or so as the traffic picks up. Thanks in advance for your patience!
