Weekly diet update – Week 2 of 6

Here we are at the end of week two of my six week diet plan and I’m still at 188.2 lbs and 23.5% body fat. That’s right… no change from last week. I’m not surprised by this honestly since I’ve been so busy this week that I once again didn’t get to do any cardio at all. Also, given my lack of time, I ended up eating out more than I wanted and thus took in more calories than I wanted. Honestly I’m just glad to have stay even this week! LOL Either way, I once again plan to start cardio this week and bear down more on the eating out just because I’m short on time. If I can’t lose at least three pounds this week then it will be VERY hard to meet my goal of 15 lbs in six weeks. Wish me luck!
