Weekly diet update – Week 3 of 6

ScaleWell week three of my six week diet plan is now behind me and things are not going well. As of this morning I’m sitting at 189.2 lbs and 23.0% body fat! While my body fat percentage did drop 0.5% since last week, my overall weight went up 1 lb. If I had been working out all last week I’d be ok with this honestly since I would have most likely put on a pound of weight due to training… but that’s not the case. I actually did little to nothing this past week for my diet given the horrible weather and busy work schedule, so the lack of advancement isn’t a huge surprise to me. That said, this week will definitely prove to be more beneficial… this I promise! I’m going into work an hour and a half earlier than before so I can get out earlier to hit the gym for some cardio and light weight training. I also made sure I didn’t buy anything at the store yesterday that could be used as a snack during the evenings unless it was something healthy. All of this should lead to a nice loss for my Week 4 update next Monday!
