Another week gone and yet another post showing my lack of willpower! LOL As of this morning, I’m at 188.2 lbs and 22.0% body fat. While this is an improvement over last week, it’s still nowhere near my goal of 175 lbs. I know I only have two weeks to lose 13.2 lbs and I highly doubt that’s going to happen. Not only is losing that much weight in two weeks unhealthy, I know for a fact that I don’t have the time or the willpower to make that happen even if I wanted to. Don’t let that fool you into thinking I’ve given up though because that’s not the case. I’ll be redoubling my efforts this week to hit the gym more often and eat better. I may not hit my target weight but I do want to make progress!
